I just recieved my order (below) and had a question about polarization. All polarized sunglasse lenses I have had seem to get lighter and darker as you turn them vertically and then back horizontally. That is how you test for polarization. These H2Optics Laguna sunglasses (black matte, dark gray lens) don't. Could you explain why please? Thank You. Thomas

Dear Thomas
Thanks again for your order!
All of H2Optics Sunglasses are polarized.
All it means they have polarized filters that reduce glare.
You can see a simple test shown here that you can use on any reflective surface.

The lens color should not be changing when the lenses are polarized, unless of course, they are not just polarized, but photochromic as well.
You can see more details at the How stuff works from the above link.
We also have pretty detailed info page here
http://www.opticsplanet.net/photochromic-sunglasses.html H2Optix glasses are great marine polarized sunglasses, but they are not Photochromic or light adjusting.
I hope it helps.
