Like everyone else, we hope to see the EOTech 553 soon. Unfortunately, laws enacted here after 9-11 do not allow us to ship any riflescopes or weapons sights outside the US. We cannot send this one to you.

could i buy it in US,then take it out by air?is it within the law?

or,could you tell me where i can order it form web in Europe?

No, it is illegal to transport one outside the US unless you are a citizen.
