What is the difference the DEMO units and the NEW units?

Hi,
The biggest difference you will find between a demo and a regular item, beside the price, will be cosmetic, mostly different packaging. Most demo items come in a plain box unlike regular items with expensive packaging, but very often you will not be able to even notice any difference.
