Hi

Please advice for my current status of the goods delivery as I have been awaited for three weeks. The payment already been paid thru wired transfer and I urgently need my order by this week.

Please contact me at +65 98481529. I have been sending email to Glenn but till date no reply from him. Based on his last email dated 18 Sep 06 as follows:

Thank you for the prompt response. We contacted Meade and they have informed that the package of Capture Views has gone missing during shipment via UPS. This time they are shipping them directly to us so we can ship them out directly to you. They informed me that we should be receiving that replacement shipment with in the next 2 to 3 days, then we will be shipping out to you directly from us and you will receive the new tracking number when they do ship on out to you. I apologize for any problems that this delay has caused you. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us. Thank you.

Please let me know the tracking number if you'll have sent out the binoculars and it really take such a long time keep highlighting the same old issue. Your assistant is very much appreciated.

Hi

I visited with Glenn and he tells me to check the email he sent yesterday. Everything is explained, there. Basically, there will be no tracking number until the backordered items arrive from Meade and are shipped.
