Ouch! Even it would fit far enough back that's probably a bit small for a 7# rifle in 308. Back to plan A...

1.65" of eye relief on the 3x and 4x magnifiers. The fixed mount is easily removeable with a coin. One screw.

Two questions

1. What, if any, is the eye relief on the EoTech magnifier for their holosights?

2. Does the fixed base allow for quick install and uninstall?

I already have the holosight and the 3X model magnifier with fixed base has dropped enough in price that it 's only about $50 more than a good Leupold scout scope and a set of quick release rings.
