I'll continue to check on combinations that offer similar
optical centers between
magnifier and red dot, but the
EOTech G23 magnifier will work with all standard red dots made for use mainly on AR type platforms. The
G23 comes with a 7mm spacer that will raise the
magnifier to center the
optic if the
red dot has the higher
optical center realized by the quick release levers. The
Aimpoint QRP mount will also give two different heights by adding a
spacer. All that being said, the
magnifier does NOT have to be perfectly aligned with the red dot. A quarter inch off does not make a big difference. The
Aimpoint mount with or without a spacer will work well for your
EOTech with a Burris or other 30mm tubed magnifiers.
