Will this Bushnell work on BM .308 ORC?

Honestly, I am not a fan of the Counter Sniper brand at all. They have claims that some of their [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/leupold-brand.html]scopes[/link] are "government overrun contracts", and this is completely false. They are very bent on marketing, and false marketing at that. Anytime i have looked through one, the reticle has more things in there than you will ever need. They try to imitate a Horus reticle style, but it doesn't come close. I think they are way over priced for their quality and I would always take a [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/nikon-brand.html]Nikon[/link] Monarch or [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/leupold-brand.html]Leupold[/link] VX3 over it. A better scope at a lower price would be the [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/millet-brand.html]Millett[/link] TRS series.

I like the look of the [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/bushnell.html]Bushnell[/link] but had doubts, thanks for mentioning the .308 factor. The [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/burris-brand.html]Burris[/link] also caught my eye and is getting good durability reviews, esp the rings. I think I'll grab one.

Counter [link=http://www.OpticsPlanet.Com]Optics[/link] really talks up their product. What's your opinion? That [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/bushnell.html]Bushnell[/link] sight may work for you, but I would be somewhat concerned with the recoil fro a 308. I would look at the [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/burris-xts-135-1x-35mm-mat-xtreme-tactical-speeddot-sights.html]Burris XTS[/url]. This would certainly stand up better against the punch your new ORC. The XTS matched up with a [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/burris-brand.html]Burris[/link] Xtreme 30mm extra high ring, puts [link=http://www.OpticsPlanet.Com]optical[/link] center at the ideal height for an AR, would be a perfect combination. I also think the ORC does not have a fixed front sight, if so, I would recommend going with a high height [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/burris-brand.html]Burris[/link] Xtreme 30mm ring.

I'm picking up a BM .308 ORC this week which has a Picatinny [link=http://www.OpticsPlanet.Com]optics[/link] rail and no iron sights. I've decided to start with decent [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/red-dot-scopes.html]red dot scope[/link] and am thining about the [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/bushnell-trophy-line.html]Bushnell Trophy[/link] 1x32 Riflescope Matte Red & Green T Dot 730132P.

It has a built in mount for [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/weaver-brand.html]weaver[/link] style rails though. Will it work? Would I need something else to make it work, or do I need to choose something that takes [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/riflescope-accessories.html]scope rings[/link] for a picatinny style rail?
