I just had a tech from
Ray Ban reply back too me. He said the New Wayfarer RB2132's in 55mm is the largest they currently make but also told me that they had a line back in the 80's - 90's called the Wayfarer II that had a larger frame for larger heads. He also mentioned that the Original Wayfarer models had a more pronounced slant to the lenses and the New Wayfarer and the Wayfarer II models didn't. After researching it a bit, it seems that the Wayfarer II model is called the L1725 from the information that I've gathered.
I've replied with a few questions being what is the exact model number for the Tortoise shell frame and the polarized lenses and what's the largest lens size. The biggest ones I've found available so far are the 58mm lenses. Meanwhile, I had a few close friends tell me that the New Wayfarer RB2132's I bought look good on me so I'm not as self conscious about them being too small anymore. Either way, I like to cover my bases and will look heavily in purchasing a pair of the Tortoise Wayfarer II's if they can be found. Like other Wayfarer models, they also come in smaller and larger lens sizes.
Good Hunting Everyone!
