Hello there!

While there isn't any other temple arms for that model that would help with your problems, you should be able to take them to a local eyeglass place for adjustments. Often by heating the frame they can bend it at the nose bridge which should ultimately make them a bit more snug.

Hello. After some advice please. My dad has given me a pair of rb 2113 54mm. Whilst these are in perfect condition they are a bit big for me and the sides are spring loaded and don't grip the side of my head. Would there be any other sides that I could fit to improve this or is it a lost cause.Ta.

It's hard to say... Currently Black is the only color...

Hello! Will the 2132F model with 55 mm lenses be available in havana or tortoise? Have just seen the 52 mm F-fit in those colors so far and 55 only in black. Thanks!

I'm curious about the letters on the ray ban codes on my rb box. Is there a way to attach a picture on here?

Hey there!

It is impossible to tell from a photo but if I had to take a wild guess, I'd say the 55mm.

I can't say for sure or not but I have a theory as to why your new pair are so much lighter. Within the last year or two Ray Ban started using a different type of Zyl (plastic) for the actual frame of the Wayfarer. This new material is MUCH lighter to combat the weight of the glass lenses for a more comfortable wear.

I think this is the reason why your older pair were much heavier, they were made with the older frame material. :D

Hope this helps!

That might be the case! My previous pair had more than 4 years.

Thanks!

hello guys,
I have a question regarding the wayfarer I would be glad if anyone can clarify me. I had on pair of wayfarer which I lost and got a new one for birthday.

I noticed that in my previous pair the lenses were much heavier than the ones in this new pair, and all my friends pairs, that have the same height as my new one. I did not recall if my first pair had polarized lens or not.

So what can be the difference in weight that I notice? I am talking about a very noticeable difference. Thanks

Davey,

Thank you for posting. You are correct, the 52mm offers the same temple length. The Wayfarer Sunglasses can be tricking. They have unwavering, almost unaltering personalities. Either they are perfect on the wearer or in a small way something just doesn't work. I find that they frustrate many people for this reason. I checked and there are no other size temple arms available. On the tstreet I see many people just deal with the long temple arms or other annoyances. Both models have the 145mm lens.

Hi, just wondered if you could advise me please - I've just got my first Wayfarers in the 2132 55, I love their shape and fit but am concerned that the arm is too long and they are slightly wide on my face - what would you recommend I looked into ordering in place with a shorter arm but similar fit? I thought about exchanging for the 2132 52, but believe the arms are the same length.

Thank you for the posts. If I were you I would start with the larger of the Wayfarers. Strat by trying the Ray-Ban Original Wayfarer Sunglasses RB2140 in 54mm first. Then consider the Ray-Ban New Wayfarer Sunglasses RB2132in 55mm. If those don't work you may fall for the Ray-Ban RB4165 Sunglasses. They seem to work for us larger hat sized individuals.
