Thank you for the post. The Serengeti Nuvino are made with Tricex lenses. This advanced polycarbonate offers the optics of glass but gives you the weight of polycarbonate. Trivex is scratch resistant but of course not scratch proof.

As far as sizing:

You have found the largest models with glass lenses!

The Serengeti Nuvino Sunglasses: 65 x 39.3 x 67.5mm, DBL 14.8mm

The Dante Sunglasses: 63mm x 38mm x 64mm, DBL 15mm

The Serengeti Lamone Sunglasses: 60mm x 34mm x 62mm, DBL 17mm

Another one you may be interested in is the Serengeti Large Aviator Sunglasses (Large fit with glass lenses): 65 x 55 x 68mm, DBL 12mm

I hope that helps.

Serengeti Sunglasses size question

I'm trying to find something that fits me, I bought the Nuvino glasses and I love the optics, however I read that they are made out of plastic, and likly to scratch very easy. So I am willing to spend more since I love the optics. I have been looking around and It looks like these are some of the biggest glasses they make! Ive compared them to all to the Nuvino! lol I'm really wanting the gold drivers, since I like the "mirror" look. Ive narrowed it down to the Lamone or Dante glasses, as they are glass and have the gold driver option. I'm just wondering if these would compare at all to the Nuvino, maybe I'm looking at the sizing all wrong? LOL I wouldn't mind them being a bit bigger as the Nuvino are a mouse hair to small....
