The Insight X2 will not fit your gun properly, the same as other rail mounted accessories won't. Your USP has a proprietary rail size and requires an adapter.

With this adapter I can't guarantee it will fit into any specific universal
holster, which is what you will have to buy, since there isn't a
holster I am aware of that is made for your gun with a light and adapter, even including
Safariland duty rigs.
Uncle Mikes will have a universal
holster out this year that should work, but the only item I could find now is the
Blackhawk thigh rig, but again, it may or may not work because of the adapter.
