Bianchi X15 Shoulder Holster for N frame 4inch

Sorry, I did make a mistake in the X15 part number, but unfortunately, Bianchi does not offer a fit for the 4" N-Frame. The Size 4 X15 for a Right handed user is Part #12365, and for a Left handed user, it Part #12367.

I too am on a quest for a shoulder holster for my 4" N Frame, but to make the search more difficult, I need a left handed rig.

With all due respect to George, I believe his answer is incorrect as the Bianchi X15 Model 5 is for large handguns with 7.5 to 8 inch barrels. It will be far too big for a 4" barrelled S&W N Frame. It's description lists N frames, but does not list their barrel lengths. I find this odd as all the other handguns given by the description as fitting the 05 are specifically listed with 7.5" or 8" barrels.

On the other hand, the X15 Model 02 lists a couple big double action revolvers with 4" barrels that will fit it, to include the Colt Anaconda 4", Python 4", and Dan Wesson Model 15 4". I suspect that if these handguns fit in it, a 4" N Frame will also. As of yet I have not been able to confirm this.

For what it's worth, I have an X15 Model 03 for my Sig P220 Compact which was originally bought for a full sized Sig P220ST. It fit the bigger Sig perfectly and the slightly shorter barrelled 220 Compact works it it OK. Unfortunately, it is maybe an inch too short for my 4" 629 to fit in it securely.

Your S&W 4" N-Frame would require Bianchi X-15, Size 05, Part #12368.
