You are very welcome.

No, I don't think you will need a Paracorr. Most of us who have used Dobs for many years, just accept the fact that you will have a touch of coma at the edge of the field. Not a big deal and the Lightbridge, if anything, is a touch better in this regard. Spend you money on eyepieces, first.

Dear Joanie -
Will I really need a Paracorr with my Meade LightBridge 8?
With a focal ratio of 6, I thought that a Paracorr would not be necessary, but I may have simply stumbled into a typical newbie error.
