I am assuming that you have a reflector telescope. All reflector telescope show an upside down imaging; to make the object rightside up you have to buy a erector lens.

This is normal for a telescope. Telescopes were made to look at objects floating in space and the orientation does not matter when looking at a planet or other astronomical object.

Hi I just got a bushnell 78 - 6420B telescopes andwhen i look through it everything is upside down?? is this what is supposed to happen??
