Eyepieces Compatibility with Telescope Unit

As long as your diagonal takes 1.25" eyepieces, there are no compatibility issues with any 1.25" eyepiece. You can use any brand or model of 1.25" eyepiece that is otherwise suitable for your scope.

I'm a new enthusiast in astronomy and planning to buy my first [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/telescopes.html]telescope[/link] & accessory eyepieces. May someone advise me whether the 1.25 inch [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/meade-brand.html]Meade[/link] series 4000super plossl 20mm eyepiece and 1-1/4" 15mm Omni series eyepiece 93320 are readily compatible with [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/celestron-brand.html]Celestron[/link] Omni XLT 150 [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/telescopes.html]Telescope[/link] 21094 having a 25mm eyepiece, 1.25" star diagonal? My understanding is limited only to knowing the focal lenghts of eyepieces that I would prefer to use for the 150mm lens/ 750mm focal lenght [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/telescopes.html]Telescope[/link]. I have no idea about these 1.25"star diagonal, 1-1/4", 1.25 inch eyepiece descriptions of different brands, much more that the 25 mm eyepiece provided in the [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/telescopes.html]telescope[/link] unit is of angular shape while the accessory eyepieces are both straight shapes.
