Hi

There is no shortage of good info on how to use telescopes, starting with some of my articles, Telescope FAQ, Telescope Eyepiece Questions, A Dozen Telescope Observing Tips For Beginners. Also a lot of great books on the market. My favorite beginners book is Nightwatch by Terence Dickinson, now in its third edition. You should also visit some of the astronomy websites, such as Sky&Telescope or Astronomy.com

Enjoy your new telescope and welcome to astronomy!
