Unfortunately, QR plates are brand specific and even, at times, model specific within a given brand. First place I would check is with Bushnell Customer Service. Best of luck. Hope they can help you.

I have a like new Bushnell Master Tripod w/ Quick Release 3-Way Head
Mfr# 784010
and I am in need of a quick release (QR) plate for this tripod.
Mine has been misplaced.
I understand that the tripod has been discontinued but
there must be a replacement part that will work.
