Thanks for your feedback. What's your order number? I will see to it that I give you the answers you deserve. We offer our orders in 2-3 weeks so there is clearly a problem. 9 weeks is very unusual therefore I would like to check it out. You are also welcome to call me directly at 1-800-504-5897 ext 320. I'm literally on the phone now canceling my order and they Customer Service rep. put me on hold to all the lab to see whats with the delay. Psh he's probably going to give me some BS answer. To Everyone that wants RX sunglasses from this company never buy from this website!!!

Dear Ambrea,

We appreciate the feedback. Good or bad, it helps us become a better company. I had a chance to take a look at your order. It appears as though when we placed the order with the manufacturer we were told the they were in stock and ready to ship. With further investigation the frames were not in stock but are coming from their overseas factory. Of course delays are not expected or wanted and your frustration is understood. Please know that we are also waiting for the shipment and want you to have the product as much as you want to wear them.

Please call me directly at 1-800-504-5897 ext 320. If you decide to wait with us I will be happy to compensate your for the inconvenience.
