Dear Ambrea,

We appreciate the feedback. Good or bad, it helps us become a better company. I had a chance to take a look at your order. It appears as though when we placed the order with the manufacturer we were told the they were in stock and ready to ship. With further investigation the frames were not in stock but are coming from their overseas factory. Of course delays are not expected or wanted and your frustration is understood. Please know that we are also waiting for the shipment and want you to have the product as much as you want to wear them.

Hi, my order # is: 1500168. I order my frames a month ago. Literally 31 days ago. I ordered them on a weekend so I had to wait until Monday to receive an email stating that I would have to wait 3-5 days for them to ship. The next week I called and was told that they would ship in '3-5' days. Another week later I emailed and was told, you guessed it, '3-5' days. A week later I emailed again. This time I've been give the date of September 26th, and it's already September 22 so I'm having serious doubts at this point that I will ever receive these frames and plan to cancel my order after the Sept. 26th deadline comes and goes.

I've been given a runaround for an entire month and I'm extremely disappointed with what I thought was a good, solid, company.
