Thanks for the post. The sunglasses case can sometimes be deceiving. Let's discuss things you should look for:
First and foremost the sku number will determine the products identity. It stands for Stock Keeping Unit. The SKU number is a VITAL piece of information to every store/manufacturer. Combined with the UPC number, the SKU identifies the product within the companies inventory database.Ray-Ban
is actually produced in both Italy and China by the manufacturer named Luxottica. Products from both factories are deemed 100% authentic. Cases are also made in these locations.
Your product should have included a warranty booklet and cleaning clothe. If these are missing they may have fallen out. Contact the store, they can replace them.
The non-prescription sunglasses
lenses will have the Ray-Ban
logo embossed on it. The temples will also have model numbers present and any logos if that model calls for them in its design.
After speaking with Ray-Ban
's manufacturer they invited you to call the Luxottica consumer number to help you as well: 1-800-343-5594.
If your order is prescription that's a whole different story. Your prescription order will be address in my next post.
