Thank you for the post. Sadly, your prescription is out of range for all RX Oakleys. If you are opposed to inserts that greatly limits us. I would suggest a flat frame such as the following:

The Ray-Ban Bifocal Sunglasses RB4151 with Lined Bi-Focal Rx Prescription Lenses

The Ray-Ban New Wayfarer Bifocal Sunglasses RB2132 with Lined Bi-Focal Rx Prescription Lenses

The Polo Bifocal Sunglasses PH4049 with Lined Bi-Focal Rx Prescription Lenses

As you may notice, the flatter the better. I would further suggest a High Index lens material to produce a thinner lens.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have further questions.

I am looking for Rx sunglasses, specifically Oakley's: Twenty, Fives Squared, Pit Bull, or Straight Jacket. Not sure which yet. My Rx is a bit old, and will have to be updated, but is close to this:

OD: SPH -6.5 CYL -1.5 AXIS 40 PD 30
OS: SPH -5.25 CYL -1.0 AXIS 150 PD 31

I wear progressive eyeglasses, but my current sunglasses are single vision. I would like to get at least bi-focal in new Rx sunglasses.

Will any of the above Oakley's work with my Rx? If not, any suggestions? I am desperate to avoid inserts.
