Hi

Really nothing you can do about the working distance, but you can change the field of view by going to a wide-angle design 1.25" telescope eyepieces, since these use the same barrel diameter as the LOMO. For some good, 60 degree designs, try the Meade Series 5000 Super Plossl. For a wider angle, try the Meade SuperWide.

These may change the overall magnification of the LOMO, but they will also be a better quality eyepiece. Unfortuantely, can't tell you what focal length would be equivalent to the LOMO eyepieces, since LOMO does not list a focal length for their eyepieces or for their microscope, though I would keep the focal lengths between 20 and 25mm to keep magnification down.

I recently purchased a SF-50BA for engraving. It works great, but it would be nice to have a little wider field of view and a little less under lens working room so it would be more comfortable to use while seated on my stool. Is there any lens options that would allow this?
