The LOMO digital adapters are designed for cameras with filter threads around the lens and will not work with cameras that lack this feature, such as your Sony.
You can, however, try one of the universal style digital adapters such as
the Radian (small), which are popular for attaching cameras like your Sony to spotting scopes. I see no reason it won't work with the LOMO, though you may get some vignetting (darkening at the edges), which can be cropped out with photo software.

i was looking at buying the TMH4-BF microscope, and i wanted to make sure
my camera will be able to attach to the head. i have a little sony cybershot dsc-w7, which adapter is the best for this camera.
