*EDITED* - I hadn't seen your online chat active for the past two days until now, so I removed my original comments as they no longer apply.

I am still a little dissapointed the "messages" I left while your chat feature was offline were not replied to.

Always feel free to call in or use our Live chat feature to check stock status. As of now, that mode is on backorder and looks like we are getting a shipment in early December. I would estimate the week of the 12th.

How can I tell if they're in stock here before ordering? Other retailers have had issues keeping these in stock...

I have checked the purchase page, shopping cart & emailed but haven't been able to find out if they're available.

Is anyone else waiting on an old order or had an order filled recently?
