The Sentinel 2.5x50 or 3x60 is a nice option. It has an effective range of around 200yards, so 100 yards will be no problem for this scope.
The scope features a built-in IR and focusable lens which makes sighting and overall operation comfortable.
And surely the Sentinel will handle 30.06.

If you want a scope at a lower price - the NVRS 2.5x50 would be a valuable substitute - http://main.yukonopticsglobal.com/produ ... -5x50.html

I know this has been asked a bit, but I've been reading and still am a bit confused.

I am looking for (gen 1 ok) a decent rifle scope for hunting pigs in low to no light conditions. Don't need to see beyond 100 yards. I'd like to have something that will not require me to remove my existing scope (3x9x40 leupold vx II) but not sure that's possible. 600 is my limit as far as budget.

Thoughts?
