No such animal exists. For under a grand you can either get a dedicated NV
riflescope by ATN or others, or choose the
Yukon NVMT with a laser as your
aiming point. For what you're asking it will take a gen two minimum for well over a grand, and even then no flip to sides are available, unless someone like a La Rue would have something I don't know about.
