Hi
There is really no best or a model designed specifically for small game. Just a matter of features you want. Remember, though, it is hard to range on very small
targets, so most users
target a nearby larger object, rather than the game itself.
If the distances expected are long, in excees of 200 yards, you should consider a high performance model such as a
Nikon Monarch Laser 800 6x21
Range Finder 8356 - 800 yd, Waterproof, Rubber Armored or
Bushnell Elite 1500 Laser
Rangefinder 205100 7 x 26mm. If the expected ranges are shorter, you may do fine with a lower priced unit such as the
Nikon 440 Laser
Rangefinder 8x ProStaff Water resistant Green 8352 or
Bushnell Yardage Pro Trophy Laser
Rangefinder 202018 - Green.
