I'm in the market for a rangefinder, primarily for golf. The Leicas all seem to be universally beloved, but I'd like to know if they are suitable for near-field objects (pins, eg) instead of far.
If not
Leica, any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I'm interested primarily in viewfinder brightness and performance in sub-optimal conditions (ie, haze); all of the units I've used seem to be accurate enough for me (older Callaway & Bushnells) but lack in the two areas I cited.
Thanks in advance.
