Have a look at the reference website that shows and discusses hundreds of different brands of vintage miniature binoculars including lots of 6x15 models. It will also tell you how to look for a manufacturer code on them.

Sorry, can't help on that one. Check for country of origin. That will help, at least as far as value.

I have two pair of 6x15 binoculars, that have the name "Salai," that appears to be the manufacturer. They look nearly identical to the Nikon 6x15 Anniversary Edition that is popular now. Also stamped on them under the logoized Salai name, is LIGHTWEIGHT, Field 7 degrees, Amber Coated, 367 ft at 1,000 yards. There is also "No. 80976" on one pair, and "No. 81003" on the other pair. I can't find this "Salai" name anywhere, and thought someone here might be able to help me with this.
