ordered the Sightmark and [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/weaver-brand.html]Weaver[/link] Rail from you guys a couple of days ago and am anxiously awaiting delivery.

A caliber's recoil can very much so effect a red dot. Being that you are mounting it on a 22 LR you will not run into that issue. Any of those sights should work for you. It is important to be mindful of the style of mount on the sight. Whether is be a 3/8'' dovetail or a standard [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/weaver-brand.html]Weaver[/link] mount. I personally prefer the [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/tasco-1x42-black-matte-illuminated-5-moa-red-dot-riflescope.html]Tasco Red Dot[/url] or a little higher up, the [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/tasco-propoint-1x30-black-matte-5-moa-red-dot-riflescope.html]Propoint[/url].

Is there really a difference between them and is one worth the pricing premium vs another?
