My first recommendation would be one of the EOTech MPO sights. These are tough, durable, and accurate sights for what they are. The center dot measures in at 1 MOA. It also comes with the G23 Magnifier which will help with the longer shots. I recommend this particular model because it is also night vision compatible. So if you have, or plan on expanding into this area, your sight is ready to go.
