Reflex or Red Dot?

The Fastfire is a heck of a sight. i would trust it completely on a 44 mag. Its built to take the abuse of a 12 and 10 gauge as well. For the money, its a fantastic MRD. The RMR and deltapoint are very nice, but for almost half the price, the Fastfire is a great way to go.

I have a Ruger Redhawk in 44 mag. However I want to find a reflex sight for short range wild boar and black bear. I have looked at [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/burris-fastfire-w-picatinny-mount-4-moa-dot-mat-fastfire-sight.html]Burris Fastfire[/link], [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/leupold-brand.html]Leupold[/link] Delta point and a [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/trijicon-brand.html]trijicon[/link] that I don't know the model of. I have never owned a sight other than [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/leupold-brand.html]scopes[/link]. I have read about red dots of various types but would like to have something as small as possible but also I want something that will stand up to fullhouse 44 mag loads. The [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/burris-brand.html]burris[/link] scope I have is very solid and impressive. I have no doubts about it. However not knowing about reflex/[link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/red-dot-scopes.html]red dot sights[/link] I would like some suggestions.
