Hi,

I presonally prefer an LED because of the clear operfect light pattern they can emit. I have many models that I use for many purposes. My primary headlamp uses 4 smaller LEDs for close in area lighting. This provides a nuce flood beam that allows me to see everything in my general vacility out to about 30-35 yards. I also have brighter and more powerful LED lights with reflectors that will focus the light out into the distance. Red filters help preserve your natureal night vision and are a great accessory for hunting.

Hi, for hunting, the incandescent bulbs are easier on the eyes. Xenon works well. How do other bulbs compare as far as ease on the eyes;
Streamlight's Hi Flux, C4, Luxeon
or could you recomend one not listed.
Thanks
