Tripod for Bushnell Spotting Scope

I will use it while traveling in my rv as well as on the front porch of my home looking at the mountains about 2-3K feet from my location.

Going to cheap on a [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/tripods.html]tripod[/url] is a big mistake. If you spend less than the [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/bushnell-advanced-tripod.html]Bushnell 784030[/url], you get a plastic head. To get the same thing with a quick-release plate, you need to move up to the [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/bushnell-advanced-titanium-tripod-784040.html]784040[/url] or the excellent [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/nikon-tripod-848.html]Nikon 848[/url]. Do you want to put a scope on a [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/tripods.html]tripod[/url] with a plastic head? Not me, but that's your call.

For a good useable windowe mount, the [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/nikon-window-mount.html]Nikon 7070[/url] is a good choice.

For a universal digiscoping adapter, I like the [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/alpen-spotting-scope-digital-camera-adapter-706.html]Alpen 706[/url]

2. Window mount
3. Digiscoping adaptor for a point and shoot Kodak

I don't want to waste my money on junk trying to get something I can use, but I don't think it wise to spend more on a [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/tripods.html]tripod[/url] than the scope I bought.

Please give me some advice.
