good SLR

It has 5 focus points, a flash sync of 1/500s, a top screen, and best of all, an in-body autofocus motor. If you're going to get an SLR, go [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/nikon-brand.html]Nikon[/url] or [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/canon-brand.html]Canon[/url]. I recommend [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/nikon-brand.html]Nikon[/url].

Any of the basic Nikons or EOS models will handle any of their respective autofocus lesnes, so put your money into the lens if budget is an issue. The D90 and the Xsi are certainly good choices and will not limit you in any way.

I had been reading some reviews of the D90 from [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/nikon-brand.html]Nikon[/url] and wasnt sure if it was waaay better than the XSi. (which I believe is the other name for the [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/canon-brand.html]Canon[/url] EOS450).
I definitely think that the lens is a way better addition than the body, but I didnt want to get stuck with a lower end body and then not being able to maximize the options of the lenses.[/code]

We don't carry Sony or [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/nikon-brand.html]Nikon[/url], but you will quickly learn that they are in the same price range as an EOS, depending on which EOS or Sony or [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/nikon-brand.html]Nikon[/url] you are talking about. Moreover, you buy a camera based on lenses, not the the body. In the end, it will be the lenses, not the body, that most determine performance. Better to have a low end body and a high end lens than a high end body with a cheap lens. A [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/canon-rebel-xsi-450d-digital-slr-camera.html]Canon Rebel Xsi[/url] is a super place to start with a body and you cannot go wrong with a [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/nikon-brand.html]Nikon[/url] or [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/canon-brand.html]Canon[/url] lens system.

Hello, im an amateur photographer, never took any courses or workshops, but have managed to make decent pictures, howver I want to step up my game and start taking better pictures.
I would like to know which camera would be a good start that will satisfy close up portraits and later on with additiona lenses good wildlife.

For now the EOS are out of my budget and level of ability.
Are the sony alphas on the same league as the [url=http://www.opticsplanet.com/nikon-brand.html]nikon[/url] or the canons?
which one would you recommend?
pictures are not going to be superenlarged or blown up in any way.
