NVG and sights

Yes, a [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/nightvision.html]night vision[/link] goggle may certainly be used through a compatible [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/red-dot-scopes.html]red dot sight[/link], but it is pretty clumsy. A magnified goggle would hardly be useful or practical. Eye relief would be a problem as well as the focus distance you would have to set it on.

I know some sights like [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/eotech-holographic-weapon-sights.html]EOTech[/link] and [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/eotech-holographic-sight-550.html]AIMPoint[/link] are compatible with NV scopes and can be mounted in tandem on a rifle.

My question is whether a [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/nightvision.html]Night Vision[/link] Goggle could be used instead of the scope to see thru the sight. I am thinking of those [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/goggles.html]goggles[/link] with one tube that leads to two eye pieces.

Also, these sights now have availabel 3x and 4x [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/magnifiers.html]magnifiers[/link].
Could an NV goggle be used to look thru the [link=http://www.opticsplanet.com/magnifiers.html]magnifier[/link] and still have NV capability?
