I finally found it. Midway has some in stock for $165 and it's listed as [link=]Millet[/link] #BK30725 Buck Gold Varmint [link=]Target[/link] Scope. [link=]Millet[/link] did not print a user manual for it and discontinued making it ca 2007 before [link=]Bushnell[/link] bought them out. This one got lots of bad reviews from buyers, so it is going to the secondary market!

Identity Crisis: Older Millet 6x25x56

I just bought a heavy LR 300 WM rifle built on a late Winchester M-70 action, 26-1/2" heavy barrel (1.25" dia), HS-Precision stock with an older [link=]Millet[/link] 6x25x56 mounted on top. There was no box or book with the deal, and I'm having a hard time finding any specs or user information for the scope. (One call to [link=]Millet[/link] yielded nothing but a promise to check their archives!). Other than the name "[link=]Millet[/link]", the only identification markings visible on the scope are on the bottom of the tube: "No. 2709; China, BK30725". With the exception of the two, older-style turrets (elev and windage -both capped), it looks essentially like the current LRS-1. It may be the forerunner design to the LRS-1; just speculating? Can anyone offer up any info on this beast? I'm planning to sell it and mount up an upgrade in its place.
