Sterile, economical sampling bag with sponge is specifically designed for testing surfaces, equipment, and animal carcasses for the presence of Listeria, Salmonella, E. coli, and other food-borne pathogens. The 4x8cm (1.5x3") sponge comes in an 18oz. Write-On Whirl-Pak bag. After adding diluent and wiping the surface with the moistened sponge, place it in the bag and whirl it closed to form a leakproof seal. Puncture-proof tabs reduce potential damage to the bag.
DE Neutralizing Broth is used to moisten the sponge and will neutralize sanitizers on a surface. Premeasured; ready-to-use in a 10mL vial. Must be kept refrigerated at 2° to 8°C (35° to 46°F).
