Vials feature a 40% larger opening than standard opening vials to reduce needle damage. They are manufactured from Type 1 borosilicate glass (unless otherwise specified) and are appropriate for use with robotic arm autosamplers. Target I-D* vials have a ceramic write-on ID patch with graduations at 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5mL. Silanized vials help to limit protein adsorption. Conical-style Polyspring* inserts are available in borosilicate glass or polypropylene. Flat bottom MicroSerts* inserts are made from borosilicate glass.
