These lightweight metal-framed glasses are designed with Oakley Mono Shock hinges that can "hyper-flex" when needed, stretching beyond the limits of normal eyeglasses to adapt to the bumps and bangs of an active lifestyle. The Mono Shock design also allows the Oakley Half Shock Frame to achieve a superbly comfortable fit, secure but without excess pressure on your temples. The temple tips are coated with Unobtainium for a grip that increases when damp, and the lenses are secured in a half-rim design that won't diminish your downward view. The Oakley Halfshock Frame comes with blank or "dummy" lenses as placeholders. These can be replaced by your optometrist with prescription lenses. This frame is also available with prescription lenses made and fitted by Oakley's own Rx lab.
