Pelican Big D 3800 Flashlight was designed with two things in mind: heavy duty imageand light weight. Pelican 3800 Big D Alkaline Xenon Lantern is 50% lighter than the competition but uses a hi-intensity Xenon lamp to produce the brightest beam that can cut through thick smoke and dust. For emergencies, a back-up lamp is included. Lay Pelican #3800 BigD Alkaline Xenon Heavy Duty Flashlight flat or stand upright and aim the light where you need it, thanks to the pivoting head that rotates almost 180°. The main body of this lantern is ABS resin that's corrosion proof, highly resistant to chemicals and extreme temperatures, and just plain tough. The flashlight's stainless steel grill protects the lens from scratches, debris, and hard knocks. Big-D Lantern 3800 by Pelican comes with dual push button switches for constant on or flashing strobe. Also, a quick change battery pack makes replacement easy, with a steel clip to hold it securely. Pelican 3800 Big-D 6D Alkaline Flashlights come with a heavy duty strap and a mounting base that can be installed horizontally or upright. The quick release design of the Pelican flashlight's base allows you to remove Pelican Big D Firefighter & Industrial Lantern 3800 with one hand. Big D 3800 Pelican Flashlights are powered by 6 D alkaline cells.
