PortaBrace MX-24 Audio Mixer Case 4x9x8 for Sound Devices Mix Pre & Shure FP24 is the larger of the 2 Mixer Cases available for the MIX-PRE and FP24 mixers. Under the mixer area, this PortaBrace carrying case has a battery area for powering the mixer with a NP1 type battery with many of the popular NP-1 (or similar sized) battery brackets. Adhesive-backed Velcro inside the case allows for proper fitting. The carrying case is padded and custom fitted, providing access to switches, cables, batteries, and other important controls while protecting the gear from rain, snow, dust and other damaging forces. Carry the PortaBrace Audio Mixer Case over the shoulder using the suede leather Porta Brace strap or wear it on your belt with an optional Portabrace VB-10 or BP-2B. The 2 pockets of the mixer case are large enough for small wireless mics (eg. Sennheiser and Azden).
