Highly recommend this light for EDC (Every Day Carry) and Tactical use.

I'm a certified pistol instructor and this is the flashlight both my wife and I carry all day every day. I've replaced the stock 'pro' tailcap with a forward clicky cap that I prefer for tactical use and a deep carry pocket clip so the light sits flush with my suit trouser pockets, while my wife prefers to carry her QP2L-X in stock configuration. There are other, larger, lights that would be better for tactical use, but are too bulky to carry everyday, but what's the use of a tactical flashlight that you don't have when you need it because it was too big to carry everyday?

780 Lumens is an incredibly bright output for the first minute and then the light ramps down over the next 30 seconds to 390 Lumens for the duration of it's 1.9 hour run time. Blinding Bright

by Legacy Reviewer, Written on November 1, 2013
Takes effort to program, but the result is spectacular. 780 Lumens is blinding bright! I programmed mine tight head Strobe mode and loose head Burst mode. Included holster is a must for daily belt carry. Neoprene strap included for tactical hand position use with your defensive weapon. Lanyard if you need it and two CR123A batteries in the box too.
Pros: Burst mode and Strobe mode
Cons: Takes effort to program...
