This particular item was unusual to rate because what would usually be considered a pro, actually turned out to be a con - organizational features.
Organized space is certainly ample. There are pockets within compartments, made of mesh and canvass, secured with velcro and zippers. If you can't find an organizational method that you like in this bag, it's probably not an organizational method that you're actually looking for. The problem, however, is that compartments take up space. With an already compact bag (which in overall size is perfect in my opinion), flooding the interior with extra layers of fabric to create pockets actually takes up most of the interior space.
Although I wasn't able to store as much as I had anticipated, I was certainly able to store all that I needed. On top of that, it's all well organized. Kind of a trade off, I suppose.
The bag's construction and material are excellent and of great quality. The stitching is strong and neat and it appears that great time was taken to ensure that the seams hold through heavy use. All-in-all, the quality is right on par with what we've come to expect from 5.11 Tactical's products and you won't be disappointed with quality and workmanship.
The bag carries well and is very comfortable. The shoulder strap is nicely padded and contains several small areas of a grippy rubberized material that keep the bag from slipping off of most clothing fabrics.
Overall, this is a great bag. My negative comments are meant to be informative but not to deter anyone from buying this item. Although I thought these cons necessary to reveal, I would still recommend the bag to anyone who needs a method to comfortably carry several small items. It should just be understood that most users will not find a significant amount of free space after packing the bag with necessary day-to-day items. If, for example, you would like to have enough space in the bag to hold your light jacket after the temperature warms up mid-day, this would not be a suitable back for you.
In case you're interested, I use the bag to adequately carry the following items (small first aid kit, 7"x10" leather portfolio, usb drives, a few blank DVDs in paper sleeves, multi-tool, 3 handgun magazines, compact handgun, set of handcuffs, a small flashlight, a few ink pens, roughly 25 business cards, and a few other small items).
Pros: Excellent quality and workmanship
Cons: Too many pockets and compartments
