5.11 Tactical Stryke Pants.

by Jarhead, from United States, TX Written on December 17, 2014
These may be the most comfortable pants I've ever owned. I first tried on the 5.11 taclite pro pants, they didn't fit well. Stryke pants are cut very differently and the fit was perfect. The sizing was spot on. These pants come out of the dryer ready to go. No ironing necessary. I bought three pairs at first. I'll definitely buy more. Highly recommend!!...

Best yet love this 5.11 pant

by Tom, from United States, NV Written on December 16, 2014
I've tried all sorts of "tactical" pants for several brands. I like the light weight pants and these are currently hands down my favorite. They do not bind. They stretch in waist and rest of fabric. They look good too. I use them for casual wear. They are nice looking psnts....

Wear 5.11 Flex-Tac Stryke Pants Anytime Dress Shoes Are Not Required

by Rex, from United States, TX Written on December 9, 2014
I live an active lifestyle in South Texas. These Teflon-finished pants are rugged, functional, comfortable, and dressy enough for anywhere except the front office and casual evenings out with your spouse or date. They work with athletic shoes, motorcycle boots, and other footwear. Caution: The waistband is so comfortable that I had to buy waist size 32 even though my other pants are waist size 34. (The size 34 Flex-Tac Stryke Pants are too large.) I really like the way the waistband snaps open and closes. The pants have 7 belt loops for stabilizing heavy clip-on's and work with 2" or smaller 5.11 corded belts. The Flex-Tac Stryke Pants are easy to care for: machine wash in cold water and tumble dry low. No need to iron or press....

Tactical Stryke Pants

by ozclive, from Australia, Victoria Written on December 9, 2014
These are excellent pants, they are easy-care, drip dry, and very tough. They also look great !
Belt loops allow for multiple use. Small front pockets great for keys, phone etc.
Large cargo pockets excellent for stowage and internal pocket for glasses....

I really like these pants very comfortable with a stylish look. They are extremely useful for work because of the knee pads that you can put in them and also because I can use them for technician work....

5.11s Best Tactical Pant

by Patriot Rick, from United States, IL Written on November 8, 2014
I have been a fan of 5.11 pants for many years now. My former favorite was their TacLite Pro pants for their light weight and comfort. These new Tactical Stryke Pants are even better. They are more comfortable and just as light weight. The Flex-Tac material has a some stretch to it which makes movement easier, plus the pant material 'gives' a little when you sit or kneel. The fit is not as baggy as the other pants, too. They don't feel cold-to-the-touch against your legs in cooler weather which makes it usable in winter months. 5.11 got rid of that webbing loop on the right rear pocket (which, I admit, I do miss sometimes). There are also pockets within the cargo pocket, big enough for mags or for sorting out pocket contents. There are now two open top accessory pockets, just big enough for a case-less iPhone 5 or earlier (not sure about the bigger iPhone 6, though). There is no flap closure on the left accessory pocket like on the TacLight and their other tactical pants. These Tactical Stryke Pants do cost a bit more that the TacLite Pros, but I feel it's well worth it....

Excellent Pants

by John D, from United States, NY Written on October 6, 2014
I'm a Police Officer and wearing these all day long with some basic equipment on (gun, mag, cuffs) is no problem at all. These pants are surprisingly comfortable and look great. I even bought a second pair as soon as I saw how comfortable they were. The extra pockets are easily accessible and the quality of the material seems to repel stains and water fairly well. These are an easy recommendation for anyone looking for a tactical cargo pant....
Pros:
  • Quality
  • comfortable,

5.11 Tactical Stryke Pants

by Zippo, from United States, IL Written on September 7, 2014
Recently purchased, pants feel soft, are very comfortable, great fit, true to size, love the telescoping waist which expands when wearing an IWB holster. The cargo side pockets are positioned higher and the pocket dividers are perfect for magazines, flash light, folding knife etc. I have not had them long enough to test their durability.
Overall, very good looking tactical pants that you can wear casually without them being viewed as too tactical....
Pros:
  • quality product
Cons:
  • Pricey
Best Used for:
  • Everyday wear

I'm required to wear khakis to work. I'm a jeans & t-shirt kinda guy, I hate khakis, at least I did until I discovered these... I have since ordered two more pair, not for work but to replace my jeans. They're extremely comfortable & have lots of storage for my EDC... Things you won't get with Polo or Dockers...
Pros:
  • Comfortable
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Everyday carry

Extremely Comfortable

by T, from United States, CA Written on August 26, 2014
I bought these pants to serve as part of my full time work uniform pants. I wear them close to 50 hours per week and I absolutely love them. They are so comfortable and flex with movement. They look professional and have lots of pocket space. The only con I can think of is the fact that the side cargo pockets on the thigh seem to "hang" out a little. They are not flat or flush with the pant leg, they kinda bulge out a bit even when empty. This is not a deal breaker for me, but may be for some....
Pros:
  • EXTREMELY comfortable
  • Look more professional than other model 5.11 pants
  • pocket space
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Uniform pants
  • comfortable walking/hiking pants
  • shooting/range day
