Pros:  Just the right size for quick first aid.
Cons:  As with all the 5.11 Molle pouches, a little problematic getting the Slickstick threaded into my vest.

This pouch comes in 3 variants, a medical kit with clamshell openning and internal dividers, a padded one for fragile items like cameras and optics and the plain vainilla one wich has no dividers nor foam pads. I purchased 2 of the the regular ones in flat dark earth and use them on the sides of my 5.11 mesh vest. The size is perfect, not too big to become cumbersome and large enough to acomodate my first aid kit inside a tupperware case on one and my prospecting/archaeological tools on the other.
