Pros:  The versatility and durability is incredible!
Cons:  Needs padding for bottom when carrying a laptop

The only improvement I can possibly think of is padding in the bottom to prevent damage to laptops when sitting the RUSH 24 on a solid surface; however, I solved that problem with an inexpensive piece of foam.
