I put this on my AR-15 with my Aimpoint Micro and it works great. It can co-witness with my Magpul flip-up front & rear sights. I can still line up my backup sights when the red dot sight is turned off (i.e. you don't need to take off the red dot to still use backup iron sights). There are other options that are less expensive & you don't need to buy any spacers with this puppy as it is already raised.
