Pros: Great price, Rugged, Easy to see, Parallax Free, Quick release
Cons: Could use MOA marks around windage and elevation
Would recommend: yes

I looked at multiple reflex sights in the under $400 range and this seemed to have the best all around features for a reasonable price (water proof, shock proof, quick release, parallax free). It was quick and easy to sight in and the light adjustments seem to be more than sufficient for multiple environments. This is a great buy.
Works indoors, not so much outdoors.

Ordered the AimSHOT Reflex, arrived earlier than expected and I was eager to take it to the field that weekend to do a little work with it.
I attached it in my shop, setting it up was easy, it was easy to adjust and attach and the reticle was great indoors. It was quite visible on all settings, the only complaint I had was that the window was "dirty" even after a thorough cleaning with Otis optic cleaner.
Upon taking it out to our range a few days later, I couldn't wait to try it out! I loaded up and stepped to the line, turned it on and shouldered my rifle and was confused because I could have sworn I had turned it on. As it turns out, it was actually on. The reticle is just nearly invisible during daylight conditions on all settings. After "finding" the sight I was able to put a few rounds downrange...only to find that the sight will randomly turn off while firing. This would be understandable if I had it strapped on some heavier firepower, but it was on an AR15 rifle ...

Pros: Value for the money, durable
Cons: Little on the heavy side
Would recommend: yes

I bought this sight because my build budget on my M4 clone was running out. I was surprised at how rugged the sight was. It is a bit on the heavy side and the detailed finish is not what you would expect on a high end red dot, but it isn't a $500+ EO Tech. The sight mounts easily and adjusts from very bright to night vision compatible. It has withstood thousands of rounds without losing zero and the batter has lasted about a year so far. I would have preferred something less reflective with the lens (ruby red mirror) but the sight hasn't disappointed in performance. The instructions weren't that great but the customer service is outstanding and they have addressed all of my questions immediately. If you are on a budget, this should be your first option for a holographic sight.

Pros: It does turn on and off
Cons: Can't use in the middle of the day outside
Would recommend: no

Works well when indoors, but if you go outside during the daylight hours and aim towards something that isn't dark-colored, the red washes out. Not acceptable for duty use, and since I couldn't start to use it until past the Optics Planet refund deadline, I am stuck with a $200 chunk of aluminum.
It just doesn't get any better for the price

I shopped for a reflex sight for over a year and went through 3 different makers and returned all 3 in that time. I tried the Aimshot HGPRO and was hooked instantly. It only took about 20 rounds to sight in and has kept zero for over 2000 rounds from my Saiga rifle. As mentioned by another comment you will have to adjust the quick release rail mount as it is a little loose when you get it. This is a great value and is constructed and works as well as units twice the price. You can't go wring with this reflex.

Pros: Extremely rugged ; heavy, solid machined and anodized aluminum construction ; accurate ; holds zero ; fully submersible to 100' ; has adjustable quick-disconnect feature ; long battery life ; multiple brightness settings with night-vision compatible ; superb optical clarity and sharply-defined reticle ; waterproof digital side-mounted brightness adjustment buttons.
Cons: Takes up a lot of Picatinny rail space ; unlubricated battery compartment O-rings.
Would recommend: yes

I recently purchased two of these in the HG-PROC version ( 3 MOA dot with 65 MOA circle with crosshairs ), one for a CZ/D-Technik ( now CSA ) vz.58 7.62mm tactical rifle and one for a Mossberg 500 Persuader 12-gauge tactical shotgun. Results have been generally excellent ( see "Pros" ), and I must say that I am very impressed with the HG-PROC. It is easy to zero for windage and elevation, and once properly set will effortlessly hold zero on a 12-gauge shotgun firing 3" magnum buckshot and rifled slug loads.
One word of caution : The QD lever, as it comes from the factory, is set loosely and will need to be adjusted to fit snugly on your Picatinny rail. You simply pull the lever outwards against its spring and rotate the lever clockwise to tighten the fit, and vice-versa to loosen it. Also, the O-ring for the battery compartment is unlubricated and will need to be dressed with silicone grease to ensure pliability and longevity. Carefully remove the o-ring, taking care not to scratch ...
