A rabbit's eyes can be seen clearly out to about 40 to 50 metres with the IR illumintator activated, although I think it would be much more suitable for larger game such as feral pigs, as the general image can be seen much further (and larger targets seen over much further distances). Overall it is definitely good value for my money and I would recommend it as an entry level night vision hunting device.
